To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the cost of the journey is required and the remainder of the payment is to be made 24 hours before the journey at the latest
Cash payment can be made in full at any time before setting off
Customers must arrive at the agreed timing. If there is any issue that can cause delay then customers must contact the driver as soon as they are aware of this as adjustments can usually be made depending on availability
If the customer is running late then they must notify the driver as soon as possible
The driver has the right to leave 15 minutes after the agreed collection time if the customer is not ready to set off as such delays can affect other bookings
Darson’s retain the right to charge £30 per 30 minutes of delay if the driver waits
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle (this includes any form of smoking or vaping)
Cold food is permitted in the vehicle
Hot food is not permitted in the vehicle
Alcohol is not permitted in the vehicle
If anybody vomits in the bus then Darson’s retain the right to charge £50 for cleaning purposes
If anybody vomits during the journey then the driver has the right to refuse to continue the journey
